About Us
Santiniketan School of Family Business is an initiative of SSYE (Santiniketan Society for Youth Empowerment – ssye.org). For more than a decade, SSYE has been engaged in youth empowerment through professional training, workshops & ‘learning by doing’ seminars.
The focus of the society is to enable youth to be self-employed, become job givers & not jobseekers.
To sensitise youth on entrepreneurship & contribute towards economic growth, our society has designed immersive training programs for small & medium businesses. The central focus is on family businesses operating in West Bengal.
Under Santiniketan School of Family Business, we plan to hold workshops & training programs to improve existing family businesses & identify new business opportunities for them.
Next Generation Family Business
The objective is to upgrade business skills of small business units, enabling them to evolve into family businesses & reach new heights, or set up new ventures in the near future.
Our programs are so designed that entrepreneurs are exposed to elements that drive businesses, face real-life business challenges & receive solutions from successful industry practitioners.

The Santiniketan School of Family Business will be holding a free workshop for Family Business Owners titled “How To Improve Your Existing Business & Spot New Business Projects“.
The program will be held at Biswa Aina Student Support Centre at Santiniketan on 16th & 17th August 2024.
The programme will be conducted by Robin Ghosh, Sumit Ghosh, Nilabhra Sinha & Suprobhat Ghoshal.
